Product Information
Each fabric has distinct properties and applications:
- PVC Fabric: Waterproof, durable, and flexible, ideal for outdoor covers, tents, and industrial uses.
- PE Fabric: Lightweight, economical, and resistant to moisture, commonly used for bags, protective covers, and agricultural applications.
- Oxford Fabric: Woven with a basketweave pattern, durable yet breathable, suitable for luggage, outdoor gear, and upholstery.
- Polyester Fabric: Strong, wrinkle-resistant, and quick-drying, used in clothing, home textiles, and industrial applications.
We offer a range of thicknesses for each fabric type:
- PVC Fabric: 0.2mm - 3.0mm
- PE Fabric: 0.1mm - 0.8mm
- Oxford Fabric: 210D - 1680D (denier weight)
- Polyester Fabric: 50D - 1200D (denier weight)
Custom thicknesses may be available for large quantity orders.
Waterproofing varies by fabric type:
- PVC Fabric: Fully waterproof as standard
- PE Fabric: Water-resistant to waterproof depending on thickness
- Oxford Fabric: Water-resistant by nature, can be treated for full waterproofing
- Polyester Fabric: Water-resistant when treated with special coatings

Ordering & Customization
Our standard MOQs are:
- PVC Fabric: 500 meters
- PE Fabric: 1000 meters
- Oxford Fabric: 500 meters
- Polyester Fabric: 500 meters
For sample orders or smaller quantities, please contact our sales team for special arrangements.
Yes, we offer custom color matching and pattern printing for all our fabric types.
For color customization, please provide a Pantone color code or physical sample. For patterns, we can work with your design files (AI, EPS, or high-resolution PNG/JPG).
Customization may require higher MOQs and additional setup fees.
Yes, we can provide free samples of our standard fabrics. You will only be responsible for the shipping costs.
Custom samples with specific colors or treatments may incur additional charges, which can be credited towards your first order.
Sample lead time is typically 3-5 business days.

- ISO 9001:2015 quality management system
- REACH compliance (no restricted substances)
- RoHS compliance for applicable products
- UV resistance testing (ASTM D4329)

We can provide specific test reports for your order upon request.

Shipping & Payment
Production time:
- Standard fabrics: 7-10 business days
- Customized fabrics: 15-20 business days
Shipping time:
- Express (DHL/UPS/FedEx): 3-7 business days
- Air freight: 7-14 business days
- Sea freight: 20-40 business days (depending on destination)
We accept the following payment methods:
- Telegraphic Transfer (T/T) - 30% deposit, 70% before shipment
- Letter of Credit (L/C) at sight
- PayPal - for sample orders or small quantities
- Western Union - for urgent small payments
Special payment terms may be arranged for long-term customers with good credit history.
