BBQ Area Oil-Proof Mat

Our BBQ mats feature a multi-layer protection system. The base polyester fabric is inherently flame-resistant, while the specialized silicone coating creates a barrier that self-extinguishes when exposed to flames or high heat. This combination meets international fire safety standards, preventing the spread of fire from flying embers or hot grease while maintaining structural integrity at high temperatures.

For regular cleaning, simply wipe with a damp cloth or sponge. For heavier grease deposits, use warm soapy water and a soft brush. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or metal scouring pads that could damage the protective coating. Allow the mat to dry completely before storing. For stubborn stains, you can hose it down or use a pressure washer on a low setting. The mat is not dishwasher safe and should be cleaned by hand.

While our mats are designed to withstand outdoor conditions, we recommend storing them when not in use for extended periods to maximize their lifespan. Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, rain, and extreme temperatures can gradually degrade the materials over time. When storing, ensure the mat is clean and completely dry, and roll it loosely (avoid folding to prevent creases) in a cool, dry place.
