Our patio rain curtains use specially formulated PVC with advanced UV stabilizers that significantly reduce yellowing and clouding over time. While all clear plastics can experience some degree of light degradation after years of exposure, our materials are engineered to maintain clarity for 5-7 years under normal outdoor conditions. The addition of anti-oxidants and UV inhibitors in the material formulation ensures that the curtains remain transparent much longer than standard PVC products.
